What began in a rehearsal room in Ludwigsburg is coming to an end after 35 years of travel.

The chapter of our history began in 1989 under the name ZARDOZ. After many line-up changes, a solid formation and a clear musical direction emerged from 1998 onwards: 80s hard rock with an American twist.

5 years later we decided to change our name to MIDNITE SKY and were able to sign our first record deal.

Our concerts were always full of heart and passion. There were also great highlights with Uriah Heep, Gotthard, Primal Fear and many more. We will never forget the very first Rock of Ages Festival, which we were allowed to open.

Despite all the uncertainties, we always got through it together. This cost a lot of strength and energy. Everyone now has to recharge their batteries and go their own way.

We would like to thank all of our partners and friends, but especially our loyal fans for their support over the years. We’ve always had so much fun rocking out with you.

That’s why there are 2 farewell concerts: on January 18th, 2025 in the JZ Penthaus in Neuhausen auf den Fildern and on February 22nd, 2025 in JJ’s Raugrund in Calmbach/Bad Wildbad.
Don’t miss the last chance to experience MIDNITE SKY live one more time.

Hi friends and fans of Midnite Sky. On 17th February we will play at JJ’s Raugrund in Calmbach. We take this as an opportunity to celebrate with you the 20 year anniversary of our CD “Rock the planet”. We will play the complete album in one piece. This has never happened before! Anyone who would like to experience this is welcome to come along. We are really looking forward to the evening.
